DEAR DIANA: After reading articles about morning routines from top performers, I copy their lists, as I want to have a healthier start to my day. These lists include: make bed, look at calendar, meditate, walk dog, exercise, get outside, drink water, read affirmations, journal, and eat a healthy breakfast, etc. The problem is when I wake up, I am too tired to even look at the lists and prefer to sit with a cup of coffee and scroll the news and social media on my phone. Then, I rush to get ready for the day. What’s wrong with me? How do I create a better morning routine? - FRUSTRATED FROM SEATTLE
