DEAR DIANA: I'm a Third Culture Kid (TCK) who is feeling rootless, lost, and overwhelmed. Growing up in both Europe and the USA has left me struggling with my identity. I don’t feel like I fully belong in either place. Additionally, maintaining relationships is hard because I travel a lot. I fear getting attached to people because I want to avoid the pain of having to say goodbye. How can I deal with these emotions and find a sense of belonging? How can I embrace my background and find home at the same time?
