How to actually handle anxiety and worry with success in a stressed-out world ?
This post is a day late. I’m sorry. Sometimes, the demands of the external world can be difficult to handle, especially when they converge at the same time.
Even prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, stress was commonplace in today’s world. According to the American Institute of Stress, 33 percent of Americans in 2014 reported living with extreme stress; and 77 percent reported regular physical symptoms caused by stress. Nearly half of Americans reported sleep issues due to stress.
How can we live life on life’s terms?

In this world of consumerism and instant gratification, it can be hard to slow down and sit with our thoughts.
