How to write affirmations that work
Whether you're going through a tough time or just want to improve your day, affirmations can give you control over your emotions. There are two ways to work with affirmations.
The first is to google "positive affirmations" and find sentences that speak to you.
The second way is to make a list of aspirations you have and rewrite the list in present tense, as if you had already attained them. For those dreams that don’t sound or feel believable YET, turn them into "I'm on my way to..." This will give you a feeling of movement or action.
These self-made affirmations can make all the difference. You’ll feel a sense of happiness reading them every morning.
